Within the framework of constructing and equipping the new wing of Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital NMS ELPA has supplied 220 patient beds by the manufacturer PROMA REHA s.r.o. 200 individual patient trolleys, as well as 220 anti-bedsore mattresses by the manufacturer LB Bohemia s.r.o..

Hospital beds are intended for patients who are hospitalised in standard and specialised hospital wards. All beds are made of high-quality materials and are designed with the patient’s comfort and the care staff’s comfort in mind. Owing to the quality of the materials used and the design, each bed can be adjusted to the specific needs of the clients, while individual trolleys make it easier for patients with reduced mobility to eat their meals and offer space for personal belongings.

Anti-bedsore mattresses with a waterproof but breathable cover are an integral part of beds; air circulation is important for preventing bedsores and reducing sweating. The mattress is divided into three anatomical zones, which ensure that the patient’s weight is evenly distributed along the mattress.
